1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by 360 Global Immigration LLC (“360GI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the general basis on which website visitors and prospective or existing clients interact with us.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, making a payment through an online payment channel, or otherwise using website-based services, you acknowledge these Terms. A paid immigration or related professional engagement may also require execution of a separate Legal Services Agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase services through it.

2. Nature of 360GI and Our Services

360GI is a private immigration services firm. We provide immigration-related assessment, consultancy, application preparation, documentation guidance, case coordination and other services agreed with the client.

360GI is not a government department, embassy, consulate or immigration authority and does not have authority to grant, issue, approve or guarantee any visa, residence permit, endorsement, citizenship, permanent residence, nationality or other immigration status. The final decision is made exclusively by the competent government, immigration, consular, endorsement or other relevant authority.

The exact scope of paid services for an individual client is determined by the Legal Services Agreement, schedules, written proposal, invoice or other written engagement documents applicable to that client.

3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcome

Any assessment, advice, eligibility discussion, strategy, success-rate information, case example, marketing material or website content must not be interpreted as a guarantee of approval.

Immigration outcomes depend on matters outside 360GI’s control, including applicable law and policy, the discretion of decision-makers, the client’s circumstances and evidence, third-party responses, background checks, interviews and changes in government requirements.

Where we use expressions such as “best endeavours”, “assistance”, “support”, “guidance” or similar language, they describe the professional service to be provided and do not constitute a promise of a particular immigration outcome.

4. Website Information and Changes in Immigration Rules

We take reasonable steps to keep information on our website and in our communications accurate. Immigration laws, government fees, eligibility criteria, processing practices, documentary requirements and policies may change without notice.

Website content is general information and should not be treated as case-specific legal or immigration advice unless confirmed in writing after an assessment of the client’s circumstances.

360GI is not responsible for a change made by an immigration authority, government, embassy, consulate, endorsement body or other third party after information or advice has been provided.

5. Client Eligibility Assessment

Any preliminary assessment or consultation is based on information made available to 360GI at the relevant time. A positive preliminary assessment does not guarantee that an application will be accepted, endorsed or approved.

Eligibility may change if new information is disclosed, supporting evidence cannot be obtained, rules change, a third-party requirement is not satisfied, or information originally supplied by the client proves incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, genuine and current information and documentation and must promptly notify 360GI of any material change in circumstances.

360GI may rely on information provided by the client without independently verifying every fact or document. Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or late information may affect the service and the immigration outcome.

7. Professional Fees and Third-Party Charges

360GI professional fees are the fees charged for services provided by 360GI. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, they do not include government fees, visa fees, embassy or consular fees, endorsement-body charges, business-plan or specialist third-party costs, translations, attestations, legalisations, medical examinations, insurance, biometrics, courier costs, company-formation charges, investment amounts, taxes, banking costs or any other third-party expense.

Third-party and government fees may change without notice. 360GI does not control such charges.

The fee schedule and payment milestones for a particular client are those recorded in the applicable Legal Services Agreement, Schedule Three, invoice, payment plan or other written agreement.

8. Payment Terms

Payments must be made using a payment method accepted by 360GI. The client is responsible for ensuring that payments are made by the agreed due dates.

Where any amount remains overdue, 360GI may, subject to applicable law and the client’s agreement, suspend work, withhold further non-mandatory services, decline to incur additional third-party costs, and/or take reasonable recovery action.

Any currency conversion displayed or discussed is indicative unless expressly fixed in writing. Bank, card-provider and currency-conversion charges may apply.

9. Instalment and Buy-Now-Pay-Later Services

Where payment options are made available through third-party providers such as Tabby or Tamara, the financing or instalment arrangement is provided by that third party and is subject to its own eligibility checks, limits, terms, privacy practices and approval.

360GI does not guarantee that a third-party instalment provider will approve a transaction. Any statement referring to interest-free instalments is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and the specific plan selected by the customer.

A dispute with a financing or payment provider does not automatically cancel the client’s service obligations to 360GI.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund entitlement is determined by the circumstances of the case and, for a client who has signed a Legal Services Agreement, by that agreement and the applicable fee schedule.

10.1 Client withdrawal or change of mind

Where a client voluntarily cancels, revokes instructions, changes their mind or withdraws after engaging 360GI, amounts already earned or treated as non-refundable under the applicable Legal Services Agreement will not be refundable. Withdrawal after an application or material stage of work has been submitted or completed may also leave the client liable for fees already agreed or incurred.

10.2 Refusal caused by client information or conduct

No refund is due under the existing 360GI contractual framework where an application is refused or adversely affected because of client error or misconduct, including false or incorrect information, fraudulent or fake documents, failure to provide satisfactory information, or failure to answer an official interview correctly.

10.3 Unsuccessful application under an applicable 80% refund clause

Certain 360GI Legal Services Agreements provide that where the application remains unsuccessful and the circumstances do not fall within the client-error exclusions stated in that agreement, 80% of the payment received may be eligible for refund within 30 working days. This benefit applies only where it is expressly contained in the client’s signed agreement and its conditions are satisfied.

10.4 Third-party charges

Government, embassy, endorsement-body, translation, attestation, medical, courier, banking, payment-processing and other third-party costs are not refundable by 360GI once paid, incurred or committed, unless the relevant third party itself provides a refund.

10.5 Refund processing

Any approved refund will be processed using a reasonable payment method and may be subject to verification, reconciliation of the client account, deduction of non-refundable or third-party amounts where contractually permitted, and payment-provider processing times.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A card chargeback, bank dispute or payment-provider dispute is not a substitute for the contractual cancellation and complaints process.

If a client disputes a payment while services are being performed, 360GI may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence of the transaction and service, including the signed agreement, invoice, payment record, correspondence, case activity and evidence of work performed, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

A chargeback request does not itself terminate a signed Legal Services Agreement or extinguish fees lawfully due. Where a payment is reversed, 360GI may suspend services and take reasonable steps available under the agreement and applicable law to recover amounts properly due.

Nothing in this clause restricts any statutory right a consumer may have under applicable law.

12. Application Submission and Client Approval

Where applicable, an immigration application and its supporting documents will be submitted only after the client has had an opportunity to review the relevant information and has provided the approval or consent required by the case process.

The client authorises 360GI, where agreed and legally permitted, to communicate with relevant authorities, departments and third parties on the client’s behalf for the purpose of providing the contracted service.

13. Processing Times and Delays

Any processing time stated by 360GI is an estimate based on available information and is not a guarantee.

360GI is not responsible for delays caused by immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, endorsement bodies, government departments, security checks, third parties, appointment availability, postal or courier services, technical systems, rule changes or circumstances outside 360GI’s reasonable control.

14. Force Majeure

360GI will not be liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including armed conflict, civil disturbance, natural disasters, government restrictions, legislative or regulatory action, strikes, lockouts, major computer or telecommunications failures, power failures or comparable events that prevent or materially interfere with performance.

15. Suspension or Termination of Services

Subject to the applicable Legal Services Agreement and law, 360GI may suspend or terminate services where, for example, the client fails to pay agreed fees, fails to cooperate, fails to provide required information, provides suspected false or fraudulent documents, behaves abusively toward staff, instructs 360GI to act unlawfully or unethically, or otherwise materially breaches the engagement terms.

Termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement and does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

16. Third-Party Services

360GI may introduce, coordinate with or use third-party service providers where relevant to a client’s matter. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third parties are independent from 360GI and their services are subject to their own terms.

360GI is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, decisions, service standards, eligibility criteria or processing times of government bodies or independent third-party providers.

17. Data, Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information may be collected and processed to respond to enquiries, assess eligibility, provide services, prepare applications, communicate with relevant authorities and third parties, administer payments, comply with legal obligations and operate the business.

Client information may need to be disclosed to government agencies, local authorities, immigration bodies, professional advisers and other parties where reasonably required for the client’s case or where required by law.

Use of personal information through the website is also governed by the 360GI Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

18. Electronic Communications

The client agrees that 360GI may communicate using email, telephone, messaging platforms, video calls and other reasonable electronic methods. The client is responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and monitoring communications relevant to the case.

Electronic communications may be subject to technical delay, interception or delivery failure outside 360GI’s reasonable control.

19. Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, videos, documents, logos and other original content made available by 360GI are owned by or licensed to 360GI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, alter or create misleading copies of 360GI website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

20. Prohibited Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website for unlawful purposes.

21. External Links

The website may contain links to government, payment-provider or other third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience or reference. 360GI does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360GI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information, third-party actions, government decisions, immigration-policy changes or events outside 360GI’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer right under applicable UAE law.

23. Complaints

360GI aims to provide professional service and encourages clients to raise concerns promptly with their assigned case manager. If the matter is not resolved, the client may escalate the complaint to management/customer service.

Complaints should be submitted in writing. The current Legal Services Agreement states that 360GI intends to reply to complaints within 28 working days.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The existing 360GI Legal Services Agreement states that the contractual relationship is governed and interpreted in accordance with the civil/commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates and provides for the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts (DIFC Courts).

For clients who have signed that agreement, the jurisdiction provision in their signed agreement applies. Website-only disputes and consumer matters remain subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules that cannot lawfully be varied by contract.

This clause should be confirmed by UAE-qualified counsel before publication to ensure that the website wording and the company’s current licensing and contracting structure remain aligned.

25. Relationship With the Legal Services Agreement

These website Terms are general. A signed Legal Services Agreement is the primary document governing the specific professional engagement between 360GI and that client.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Legal Services Agreement concerning the scope of services, professional fees, payment milestones, refund entitlement, case-specific obligations or dispute provisions, the signed Legal Services Agreement will prevail to the extent of that conflict, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

Website marketing material does not amend a signed Legal Services Agreement unless 360GI expressly agrees to the amendment in writing.

26. Amendments to These Terms

360GI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices or applicable requirements. The version published on the website will state its effective date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter accrued contractual rights under an existing signed Legal Services Agreement unless agreed by the parties or required by law.
